Step 2 of the CMA Package lets you specify which fields to include in the Subject Property Comparison report and in what order. You can also add custom fields, if desired.
Fields that will be included for comparison display in the Selected list on the right. These fields display in the order that they will appear on the report. Fields that are Available for you to add to your report display on the left.
NOTE: If you want to use the fields that are selected by default, simply click the Subject Property tab to continue to the next step. You can also click the Save as default button to update your default CMA Package fields.
To Add Fields:
Note: You can click the Select all button to add all available fields to the Selected fields list. Field limits may be enforced based on MLS setup.
To Remove Fields:
Note: You can click the Remove all button to remove all fields at once. You can also click the Undo button to reverse any field selections you have recently made.
To Add a Custom Field:
Click the Add custom button.
To Reorder Fields:
Click the sort
icon and move the field to the desired sort order.
If you have no further changes, click the Subject Property tab to proceed to the next step.
